What does Al-Mu'akhkhir mean?
The One who delays whatever He wills. He may postpone a decree or a punishment to give time for repentance, or place something later in sequence for a hidden benefit.
How can I call upon Allah with Al-Mu'akhkhir in dua?
Invoke to ask for patience when things are not moving as fast as desired, trusting in Allah's perfect timing.

Delay is not denial. Al-Mu'akhkhir acts with wisdom to ensure everything happens at the best possible moment.
